Geistlich Pharma AG has begun its search for a new CEO. Ralf Halbach has decided to leave the global company in August 2023 to take on new professional challenges. Ralf Halbach has been CEO of Geistlich since 2021 and has achieved significant progress in a short time. Together with the Board of Directors, Ralf developed a future-oriented strategy, in pursuit of which he led the company through its first acquisitions. In addition, he drove forward cultural change and advanced the topic of sustainability. The Board of Directors expresses its thanks and appreciation for his commitment to Geistlich and wishes him all the best for his future.
Chairman of the Board of Directors, Andreas Geistlich, will assume direct company leadership on an interim basis until a successor is appointed.
